How do I know my camera is genuine?

Every unit we sell ships with a holographic EU authorization sticker and a unique serial number. You can verify the serial on the brand's official portal within 30 seconds of unboxing.

Where is my video data stored?

By default, video stays on your local microSD card. If you enable cloud storage, data is stored exclusively in AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1) and fully encrypted in transit and at rest, in compliance with GDPR.

What does the 2-year EU warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal home use. Returns are picked up locally — you never need to ship the device outside the EU.

Can I return a camera if I change my mind?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery for a no-questions-asked refund, as required by EU consumer law. Return shipping is free within the EU.

Do your cameras work with Apple HomeKit?

Selected models support HomeKit via firmware update. Check the product datasheet or chat with our team to confirm before purchase.

Do you offer installation?

Yes — in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria and France we partner with certified installers. Contact us for a quote including mounting and configuration.
